President Trump’s New Economy Challenge (Part 4 of 20). The only way that President Trump will be able to create 25 million new jobs over the next decade is to mass-produce startup (aka small) businesses. President Trump’s proposed tax and regulatory reductions will provide a welcome relief to small business owners who employ 78% of all Americans and created 74% of all net new jobs this decade. However, much more should be done to mass-produce, highly-scalable small businesses, promote small business expansion and mitigate small business deaths.
